Basic Halli...the scenery

I’m writing an article on Basic Halli for Citizen Matters (weekend getaway) but would like, meanwhile, to share some of the scenery…
All these were taken at Bilikal Rangaswamy Betta, which is about 3 km from the Basic Halli camp.
Here are a few of us, being "MBK'ed" in the verb developed by Ulhas:
The mist and the clouds made a lovely picture:
Because it was cloudy, the sunrise effects lasted a while:
The clouds on the peak looked like cotton wool...
the Kaveri showed herself in a sheet of silver amongst the hills:

And this was the reflection of the cloud-covered sun, in a rock pool on the hillside:
