The St.Louis Audubon Society is organizing this to celebrate International Migratory Bird Day….bird migration occurs across thousands of miles, and knows no political or geographical frontiers….a most amazing annual spectacle!

next Saturday. I’m really looking forward to meeting more people! One of the birders told me last time, he’d enjoy the irony of a visitor from halfway across the world showing the local people their birds!

Wondering what the weather will be like…weather dot com is not giving me much comfort!
