“When life hands you lemons….”

When we went on the Anheuser Busch Brewery Tour (you have to say you are over 18 to view the site, as they are the largest makers of beer), I saw this guy, walking around on the tour with everyone else:

He could have had an accident, an illness, been a war veteran, been born that way….no matter how comfortable he seemed now with that prosthetic, it cannot have been easy to adapt to it; he clearly has great grit.

“I complained about having no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet…”

This guy is a hero in my book, whether he has fought in an actual war or not; he has fought his own war…and emerged a victor.
